Snowboard binding - Nitro Phantom Black Fade
Phantom is the most comfortable binding in the Nitro line up. It’s jacked up with dampening and with a new type of dampening that actually helps you to pop higher (Air Plus). The fiberglass reinforced base plate (Phantom Baseplate) delivers full dampening across the entire footbed, saving feet and knees during heavy landings (Air Plus, Air & EVA). Air Plus stores energy and rebounds so that you can land softer and pop higher. The base plate is canted 3 degrees for a more ergonomic position so that you can ride longer. The ankle strap (3D Optiframe Ankle Strap) provides a really snug and comfortable fit without pressure points and the toe strap (Ubergrip toe strap from Vibram) is made out of recycled rubber that locks the toes and gives a firm grip without any pressure points. The ratchets have been reinforced with steel cables to withstand wear and tear. You can adjust the size of the straps and the forward lean without tools. Phantom is also compatible with bulky boots from other brands.

Nitro Mini Disc 2x4 & Burton Channel – Natural flex
Equipped with Nitro's mini disk which leaves more room for dampening and it’s compatible with both 2x4 and Burton Channel. A smaller disk reduce the mounting surface, which minimize the bindings effect on the boards flex.
AIR & AIR Plus – Absorbs shocks and shatter
Air dampening in the heel to absorb shocks when landing. Perfect dampening even if it’s cold temperatures. Air Plus is a new type of dampening and it covers the entire footbed. It’s made out of ETPU which stores energy so that you can land softer and pop higher.
Reinforced ratchets and connectors – Reliable
The ratchets and connectors are infused with a steel wire to withstand high pressure and make sure that you will always be able to ride down to the valley.
Phantom Highback – Vertical response
The Phantom highback is tall and flat to also fit bulky boots. The highback offers a lot of response vertically and allow more flex horizontally. The inside of the highback is fitted with EVA dampening for a snug fit. The forward lean is adjusted without tools.
Phantom Baseplate – Quicker response and adjustable
The Phantom baseplate is a bit bigger to also fit bulky boots. The size of the baseplate can be adjusted with the help of a screwdriver.
3° canted baseplate – Comfortable riding stance
The baseplate is canted 3° and will reduce the pressure on your knees and allows you to ride longer.
